Saddle Stiched

Saddle-Stitching is the most popular book binding method we do. Sheets are gathered up, scored and folded in half with two staples through the fold to hold the booklet together. Many booklets are saddled-stitched, as it’s cost-effective, reasonably durable and looks good. Side-stitching uses a similar construction method – only the gathered pages are instead stapled approximately a quarter-inch from the spine of the booklet. This is a highly cost-effective way to attach up to 40 pages together, and can save a considerable amount of time and money.
